Public Access Restaurants at Changi Airport

Here's a partial list of the food and beverage outlets around Changi Airport. Most of these are located on the arrivals or departures level, although there are also a few restaurants on the mezzanine above the departure hall. More restaurants can be found by checked-in passengers in the transit mall. There are, of course, a couple of restaurants available in the Crowne Plaza airport hotel, which is directly accessible from Terminal 3.
